Our Services

Our surveying services are carried out in accordance with the requirements of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and we specialise in building surveys.  Our energy services include air tightness testing on new-build dwellings and smaller commercial buildings.  We also undertake SAP calculations and provide compliance reports and advice for Part L of the Building Regulations.  Based a short distance outside Carmarthen, our coverage extends across the whole of South and West Wales.
